All media is delivered through your Aryeo customer account, allowing you to securely preview your photos before finalizing payment and download everything from one place.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust the photographer’s schedule. Appointments can NOT be rescheduled through your Aryeo customer account or with the CD Home App. Please call 770-881-4099 to reschedule. We do not charge a cancellation fee unless the photographer is already en route or the property is not photo-ready upon arrival.

Yes. All of our photographers have Supra access through GAMLS and KCRAR. As affiliate Supra account holders, we require the CBS code to access lockboxes.

It is our policy to deliver only fully edited media. Unedited or RAW photo or video files are not provided, as all delivered media is professionally edited to meet CD Home quality standards.

Our photographers do not provide on-site staging, but they will turn on lights and adjust blinds as needed. Because sessions are scheduled within a specific time window, please ensure the property is fully photo-ready prior to arrival.

No problem. Please let us know in advance and clearly describe the shot you’re looking for, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. If a requested shot was not communicated prior to the shoot and is later identified as missing, we’re happy to capture it during the next available time slot for a $50 reshoot fee.
